You are planning a conference, a congress or a meeting? Then the bonjour Conference Hotel Stuttgart-Gerlingen is the right place for you to be.

On an area of over 1,700 m² you will find the right place for events of every kind. Our 21 bright and modern equipped conference rooms give the right framework for events of different sizes (rooms from 15 m² to 260 m²). Our largest conference room is fit for up to 220 participants. We gladly carry out your personal wishes for seating arrangements.

Thanks to the hotel’s large glass facades, there is daylight in every room. The conference rooms have air condition and can be darkened for presentations.

Since February 2020, we have increased our Telekom fiber optic connection to 1GB/1GB symmetrically. This enables WiFi connections beyond 100 Mbit in all conference rooms! All participants have access to our free Wireless-LAN.

Of course, our team will be at your side during the entire event. Your guests are our guests.

Hotel Level

On the hotel level are the rooms Chagall, Macke, Klee, Miro and Kandinsky/Warhol. From here you have direct access to the reception, the café bar and Pepe’s Restaurante.

Gallery

With 260 m² the Gallery is the biggest congress room of bonjour Conference Hotel Stuttgart-Gerlingen. It has an especially large glass facade. The Gallery offers air condition and the possibility of two projections on a silver screen. The room is the excellent place for a conference with up to 220 participants. The permanent exhibition of works by the artist duo Man-Hoi contribute to the room’s special atmosphere.

Conference Level 1

On conference level 1 there are the rooms Beckmann, Lichtenstein, Picasso, Otto Dix and several smaller rooms. Conference level 1, with its many small rooms, gives you the perfect space for work group work, workshops and access-centres.

Conference Level 2

The rooms Dali, Monet, Matisse, Hundertwasser, Franz Marc, Willi Baumeister, Heide Dahl and Hundertwasser can be found on conference level 2. The break room is put together of the rooms Hesse and Allenbach.
